Scratchpot Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
The short version
Scratchpot does not collect, store, share or sell any personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The app itself does not connect to the internet; buying or restoring the full game goes through Apple's App Store.
What stays on your device
Your game progress (cash, clovers, perks, achievements and settings) is saved in the app's local storage on your device. It never leaves your device unless you choose to copy a backup code from Settings, which you can paste anywhere you like. Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also erase it from Settings > Danger zone.
Third parties
The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Apple may provide the developer with aggregate, anonymous App Store statistics (such as download counts) under Apple's own privacy policy; the developer receives no personal information from them.
Purchases
The one-time full game unlock is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles the payment under its own privacy policy; the developer never receives your name, payment details or Apple Account information. Whether you own the unlock is remembered on your device and checked with Apple when you open the app or tap Restore purchase.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Play money only
All currency in Scratchpot is fictional. There are no real-money prizes. The only thing for sale is the one-time full game unlock, and it never gives you in-game cash or luck.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
