Common questions

Did I lose my run when I went bust? No. Busting pays exactly the same clovers as retiring, and clovers, perks, mastery, achievements and cosmetics always carry over.

How do I move my progress to a new phone? Settings > Backup > Copy backup code. On the new phone, paste it into Settings > Backup > Restore from code.

Scratching hurts my wrist. Settings > Scratching has Hold to sweep and Tap modes. They pay exactly the same as rubbing.

Why is BOLT not scratching? BOLT never touches the ticket in your hand, skips danger tickets unless you allow it in Upgrades, and stops at your last heart. If his panel says Paused, tap Resume. The BOLT panel always shows why it is waiting.

My pile keeps shrinking. That is BOLT scratching the tickets under the one in your hand (his winnings float above his panel). Tap Pause on BOLT to keep every ticket for yourself.

I bought the full game. How do I get it on another device or after reinstalling? Sign in with the same Apple Account, then Settings > Full game > Restore purchase.

How do I unlock the true ending? Scratch the Golden Ticket once, then clear all five Challenges. The Diamond Ticket appears in Series 6.

Is this real gambling? No. Everything is play money and there are no real-money prizes. The only purchase is the one-time full game unlock, which never gives you cash, luck or tickets.
